Q.  What’s LifeSync?  
A.  LifeSync is “red carpet” 401k planning service. 
You care about your employees and want to provide them with the best possible 401k plan, without a significant impact on your benefits budget.  LifeSync eliminates your 401k management headaches while providing your employees with personal, thoughtful 401k service. 

Q.  I’m an employer -- what’s in LifeSync for me?
A.  Employers seek simplicity, predictability, low cost, and the certainty that you are providing your employees with the best possible suite of investment options.  They also want to avoid the frustration that typically accompany the provision of 401k plans. LifeSync makes providing a 401k plan simple and easy.

Q.  But I’ve already got a plan administrator/plan sponsor and fund choices.
A.  Many of our clients have already put considerable time and effort into choosing their plan sponsor, plan administrator, the mix of funds they offer, and the educational materials they provide their employees.  The last you want to do is waste all of that effort and start over.  With LifeSync, no worries.   We work with your current sponsor, plan administrator, and mix of funds.  You won’t have to start over with us.

Q.  How would I use LifeSync?
A. Your employees will receive solid investment knowledge, diversification in their portfolios, consistent with their investment goals and guidance that will help them avoid “chasing returns.”   LifeSync lets your employees determine their goals and risk tolerance, and then makes for your employees the critically important choices of which fund(s) to choose; how much to invest in each fund; and when to make changes. 

Q.  How do you do all that?
A.  We provide our own carefully crafted Investor Questionnaire that lets the employees ascertain their goals, time-frame, and risk tolerance.  Based on the sample model allocations the employee chooses, LifeSync makes the actual selections of the funds and the contribution percentages for the employee.  Again, we work with the existing menu of fund choices provided by your current Plan Sponsor/Plan Administrator. 

We enter fund orders on behalf of your employees; monitor the fund selection, and make changes in the funds and the allocations among them as we deem necessary.  We offer a proactive, hands-on approach that sets us apart, using both fundamental analysis (what to buy) and technical analysis (when to buy and when to sell) to guide our investment strategy.

Q.  Why shouldn’t I pick a nationally known company instead?
A.  The 401k plan options from the “big name” national companies offer simply may not meet your needs and the needs of your employees.  Many of them don’t even provide adequate information to employees about how to enroll, what choices to make, and how to stay on top of their portfolios.  As a result, your HR and benefits people may be spending far more time than is required dealing with issues for which the 401k plan provider should take responsibility.
